The concierge is a very important position to

hotel guests. A concierge member has his or

her own separate desk in the lobby or on the

floors. The concierge often helps guests with

dining reservations. Guests may ask the

concierge to book flight tickets and tickets to

the hottest shows in the city. It’s usually the

duty of the concierge to arrange the hire of a

car or minibus for guests. And at all times the

concierge is ready to give information to

guests concerning hotel services and local

activities.
