1 目的PURPOSE
SAT协议书的目的是为了描述当纯化水生产系统接近完成时，通过测试来了解客户的设备。最根本的目的是在活动开始时做一个系统的资格预审，以保证进行IO和OQ测试时可以检测出最小的故障。
此项测试须经WEMAC和客户双方同意，以满足双方具体的需求。
The purpose of the SAT protocol is describing the tests to be realised at customer
facilities when the installation of MULTI-EFFECT WATER DISTILLER nears completion. The
main objective is make a pre qualification of the system during the start up activity in order to
have the security that minimal incidences could be detected during IQ and OQ activities.
The test must be agreed between customer and Wemac in order to establish exactly the
expectative of both parts.
2 责任RESPONSIBILITIES
山东精鹰负责编辑工厂验收测试方案并向客户提交进行确认；
ABC制药有限公司在执行前审核和批准本方案。
WEMAC should edit and present FAT protocol to customer’s approval. It must be taken
into account that FAT activities will not begin until this protocol will be approved.

5 系统功能描述INTRODUCTION SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION
原水进入原水储罐缓冲调节，然后经原水泵增压进入板式换热器加热到正常工作温度（原水温度高时可以不用），再进入多介质过滤器以去除较大的颗料，经活性炭过滤器去除原水中的余氯、有机物、色素、胶体硅、异味及部分重金属。预处理的水经过5μm的精密过滤器进行微粒的进一步去除后进入一级反渗透以去除大部分无机离子（如钙、镁、硫酸根等）、有机物、微粒和细菌等，再添加NaOH，调节pH值，然后进入二级反渗透进一步去除无机离子（如钙、镁、硫酸根等）、有机物、微粒和细菌等，最后合格水输送到纯化水储罐中。

big size solids from water source passed through MM filter and eliminated free chlorine,
organics, colouring matter, colloid silicon, peculiar smell and some heavy metal passed
through AC filter. Pre-treated water passed through 5μm security filter and entered into 1st
RO and 2nd RO to eliminate minerals, organics, particulates and bacteria, at last qualified
entered into purified water tank.

打开电控柜主开关。按下急停按钮，再弹起。
Turn on the main switch placed on the electric cabinet. Push on emergency button and then
push off.
验收标准

在急停开关没有被按下的情况各部件通电。PLC和人机界面开始运行。电控柜上红色指示灯亮，显示电控柜通电。按下急停按钮，电控柜断电。弹起后重新上电。

≤action value C-PBTV02 opened, qualified water flow into the purified water tank, when

先确定管路上相应的手动阀门打开。消毒参数设置画面，设定加热温度H/HH、消毒温度H/L和消毒时间，按控制消毒的按钮，对应的气动阀打开。TT1≤加热温度H时A-PASV01打开，TT1≥加热温度HH或消毒温度H时A-PASV01关闭。当TT2＝消毒温度L时，开始计时。计时时间＝消毒时间消毒自动完成。
First insure correlative hand valve opened. On sanitization parameters setting screen set
heating temperature H/HH, sanitization temperature H/L and sanitization time. Push on the
button controlled sanitization, the respond pneumatic valves opened. When TT1≤ heating
temperature H A-PASV01 is opened, and when TT1≥ heating temperature HH or
sanitization temperature H A-PASV01 is closed. When TT2= sanitization temperature L
time begin and when time=sanitization time the sanitization finished automatically.
