4、在制造厂进行空载试车。
5、试运转时,辊子旋转自如,工作平稳。
6、安装执行《冶金机械设备安装工程及验收规范》。
7、调整好安装位置后,将支座焊到辊道架上,用E4303焊条连续焊接。
8、调整跌落辊道的倾角时,应两边同步调整,辊子装配(二)与辊子装配(三)
轴向调整范围%%p25mm,根据现场情况,调整倾角及辊子装配(二)及(三)
的轴向位置到最佳,使得散卷能水平落下。
9、使用时,应保证链轮轴向定位精度不得超过0.4mm。
