General safety precautions for using power tools.

使用电动工具的安全规范

NOTE. To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or injury when using power tools,

it is necessary to follow all applicable safety precautions particularly the ones

listed below:

1. Keep work area clean and tidy.保持工作环境的整洁。

2. Do not use electric power tools in the environment exposed to humidity, steam or

rain. Work place should be properly lit.请不要在潮湿的环境中或是雨天，阴暗的地方使用电动工具。

3. Guard against electric shock. Prevent body contact with energized or grounded

surfaces (pipes, radiators etc.). While operating the power tool always hold it by

insulated parts (handles) to protect yourself against electric shock and protect drill,

cutting wheel or milling cutter against contact with an energized conductor.避免触电，防止身体接触机器导电部件，机器操作过程中请一直保持接触绝缘部件，当机器运行时，请不要接触导轮，和锯条部分。

4. Keep children and visitors away.避免小孩碰及和使用。

5. Power tools should be stored in a dry location protected against dust and moisture.

Keep them out of reach of children.电动工具需要存放在干燥的地方，并且注意防潮，放在小孩触及不到的地方。

6. Do not use the tool for purposes it is not designed for.不要使用设计范围以外的用途。

7. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing, jewellery or other items that can get

Do not wear protective gloves when using power tools. It prevents hands from

being caught by the rotating parts of the tool.使用电动工具时请不要带手套，防止机器运行时转入工具中对人体造成伤害

Use safety glasses. Use a dust mask when dust is emitted during operation.使用安全眼睛，当灰尘较大时也请使用防尘口罩。

Do not abuse the power supply cord. Never carry the tool by its electrical cord or

pull it to disconnect from the outlet. Keep away the electrical cable from heat, oil

and sharp edges. In case of damage to the electrical cable, replace it immediately.不要损坏电源线，拾取曲线锯时不要直接拖拽电源线，如电源线有损坏请立即更换。

Keep the processed item securely fixed in a vice or clamps.请使用台钳等固定夹具对加工件实行固定后再加工。

While operating the tool keep proper footing and balance at all times.在使用时请保持正确的放置和机器的平衡

Keep tools in good technical shape - drills, saws, mills and other tools should be

undamaged, sharp and in good technical shape.保持锯片的锋利程度。

Drills, saws, mills, grinding disks etc. must be securely attached to the tool.锯条必须牢固的安装在机器上，确认安装紧密后才可使用。

Disconnect the tool from the power supply when not in use or before servicing.当机器不使用时请断开电源线。

Be sure the power switch is off when plugging in.当插入插头时请确认开关是处于关闭状态

While working outdoors use only extension cables adjusted for use in the open air.在户外使用请使用延长线。

Check the tool for damages on a regular basis. Any cracked parts, loose

components and other damage must be repaired or replaced by authorized service

centre. Do not use the tool if damaged.定期检查工具，任何有裂缝，元件松动和其它危险必须通过服务中心修正或更换，不要继续使用，否则将非常危险。

At low temperatures or when not in use for a longer period it is recommended to

operate the tool without load for a few minutes to properly spread grease inside

the drive.在低温下或者是长期不使用时，请先空载运行，让齿轮和机内的润滑油进行预热。

Clean the tool with slightly wet cloth and soap. Do not use extraction naphtha,

solvents or other agents that can damage the tool.清洁工具时使用小块的湿布即可，不要擦干机器上的黄油，或者是使用其它的化学溶剂，会损坏机器。

It is recommended to use ear protection (ear-flaps, plugs) when operating the

DESIGN AND APPLICATIONS设计和应用

The jigsaw is equipped with an electronic speed control system. The feature of speed control

and a 3-step blade advance adjustment allows for optimum cutting performance.曲线锯装备了调速旋钮系统，并且带3档抬刀切割功能。

The jigsaw is designed for cutting wooden, wooden-like, plastic, aluminium and steel sheet

elements. The cutting process is carried out by using a proper blade selected to material

processed.本款曲线锯设计是切割木头，胶合板，塑料，铝材以及钢板，切割不同材质的物体需要更换不同的锯条。

The jigsaw is a device meeting the requirements for protection class II equipment (double

insulation) and is powered by a single-phase electric motor.本款曲线锯是一个II类绝缘产品，并且是使用单相电机。

MOUNTING A BLADE刀片安装

Disconnect the tool from the mains. A special handle ensures quick mounting.先断开电源，使用快速刀夹装置进行刀片安装

Pull the handle wheel outwards. Insert a selected blade with toothing directed to the outside

till it reaches the end of slide head slot. Release the handle wheel that automatically locks

the blade.推开夹紧装置，插入一个选择好的锯条一直要安装到底部，然后松开，快夹装置自动会夹紧刀片。

The jigsaw can be equipped with any available blades that fit to machines of such

manufacturers as: AEG, Bosch, Makita (type A). The blades are usually available in sets,

grouped depending on their application, they may differ in size and type of toothing. The

blade set packaging or flier enclosed usually includes information on applications of

particular blades. The very blades can be marked with different colours depending on their

application.

曲线锯能使用如下品牌的刀片：AEG，BOSCH,MAKITA(TYPE-A),刀片通常都是套装的，跟据实际用去进行选择，刀齒有不同的内型，购买时请注意选择。

OPERATION操作

The jigsaw can be started by using a switch located in the lower part of body handle. The

switch can be locked in on position by using an additional button lock located on the side

surface of the handle. Pressing the switch again results in releasing the lock.

At the upper front part of the handle there is a speed control knob. It allows users to select a

cutting speed being proper for a particular material.

The box includes an attachment that enables to connect the jigsaw to a vacuum cleaner for

complete sawdust and metal filings removal.

On the left-hand side of the jigsaw body there is a switch for adjusting auxiliary pendulum-like movement of the jigsaw head (initial cutting feature). This additional feature makes it

possible to optimise the working process when machining a particular material.在机器的左面有一个抬刀档调整开关，适当的调整抬刀档的更换可以使你的工作更轻松和方便。

The recommended settings of the initial cutting switch are as follows:切割不同材质的加工件可以按如下要求进行设置

STEEL – 0 金属 0档

ALUMINIUM: I 铝材-I档

PLASTICS: I-II 塑料II-档

PLYWOOD: I-II 胶合板I-II板

WOOD: II-III 木头II-III档

When using a knife-type blade, the “0” setting is recommended.当使用刀片形的锯条时请使用0档

When cutting metals it is recommended to use a proper lubricant.当切割金属的时候请适当加入冷却剂。

Basic rules for correct use:正确使用方法

- apply moderate pressure when cutting, do not overload the tool.当使用曲线锯时请使用适当的压力，不要使用电器超额负载。

- an excessive pressure can slow down or even stop the to-and-fro motion, which results in

slowing down or even stopping the cutting process.当曲线锯片处于负载时速度会明显减慢 并且停下来。

- when cutting the jigsaw foot should contact on the whole surface with material machined.

- cutting a hole in the material should be preceded by drilling a hole that will enable to

insert the blade.当您要在加工物件上切割一个孔的时候，请先钻一个孔位，再插入锯片进行切割。

- when cutting lines that create a sharp angle or are connected with a low-radius arch, turn

on the pendulum-like movement supporting feature.当切割锐角时或者是小半径物体时请轻微摆动机器。

- using a guide facilitates to keep cutting line straight.使用导尺能保证切割的垂直。

CUTTING AT AN ANGLE (0o

- 45o)0-45度切割

The jigsaw offers a feature of cutting at an angle within the range of 0o

- 45o

To make it possible disconnect the jigsaw from the mains. Then loosen the screws located

on the jigsaw footplate by using a hex key. After slightly moving the foot back, it can be set

at a selected angle within the above-mentioned range. Once the foot is set, move it forward

and tighten the screws with a hex key.本款曲线锯能实现0-45度任意角度进行切割，先切断电源，然后通过内六角扳手松开底盘上的的螺丝。然后直接移动底板向后，再设置选择所需要的角度，然后再把底板向前推进，并锁上内六角螺丝。

LASER CUTTING LINE INDICATOR 激光切割指示线

Laser cutting line indicator allows users to precisely keep the jigsaw on a preset cutting line.

NOTE. The laser beam can damage your eyes. It is not allowed to look directly at the source

of laser light.激光切割线指示跟随使用者的操作使曲线锯切割保持在预先设置好的切割线下，注意：激光线会伤害到你的眼睛，不要直接对眼睛进行照射。

MAINTENANCE 维护保养

In general, the jigsaw does not require any special maintenance. Although a periodical

lubrication of blade guide roller will extend its life.一般来讲曲线锯不需要特别的保养，加注一些滑润油至刀片导轮内将会延长其使用寿命。

After a certain period it may be necessary to replace the electric motor brushes. If the

brushes are worn, the machine stops working. In such a case replace the brushes

immediately.使用一段时间以后需要更换碳刷，如果碳刷耗尽机器将停止工作，更换碳刷即可重新工作。

PREPARING THE TOOL

1. Make sure that the power source parameters meet the requirements provided on

the data plate.从标贴上确认机器的功能是否能满足您切割的需求

2. Make sure that the jigsaw switch is in off position.确认机器是处于电源关闭状态

3. In the case of using extension cables make sure that their parameters and cross-sections meet the requirements for the jigsaw. The extension cable should be fully

extended.

4. Blades should be in good technical shape. Worn blades should be replaced

immediately.刀片需保持锋利，损坏的刀片请立即更换。

5. It is not allowed to press the blade to material being cut with excessive force that

slows down (stops) the blade.当机器切割超载，锯片慢下或停止时请不要再给锯片施以压力。

6. When cutting the jigsaw its foot should contact on the whole surface with material.当切割时曲线锯底盘必须贴在加工物体上，不得分离开。

7. The jigsaw when not in use should be always disconnected from the power supply.当曲线锯不使用的时候请取掉电源线。

8. Before starting any cleaning or replacing the blade always disconnect the jigsaw

from the mains.当您更换刀片和机器清洁时请务必要关闭电源。

9. Check the technical shape of screws fixing the jigsaw body on a regular basis.

Retighten if needed.在机器重新安装后请检查各螺钉是否拧紧。

10. The tool is not designed for machining plaster or other high-dusting surfaces.

During operation the dust from machined surfaces gets into venting areas clogging

them, which can result in overheating the motor and short circuits. It can damage

the motor.本工具不是高防尘设备，如果是工作在高灰尘环境中请注意不要让灰尘堵塞通风孔，这样会造成机器过热和短路，并造成电机的烧毁。
