吉西他滨联合卡铂治疗复发性卵巢癌
【摘要】目的：评估吉西他滨联合铂类治疗复发性卵巢癌的疗效及毒性。方法：31例复发性卵巢癌化疗方案：第1、8天吉西他滨1000 mg/m2静注；cbp浓度-时间曲线下面积(auc)=5，第l天静脉滴注；21 d为一疗程。结果：31例患者总有效率64.5%，其中5例cr(16.1%)，15例pr(48.4%)。中位无进展生存期为7.2个月。毒性主要为白细胞减少和血小板减少。结论：吉西他滨联合卡铂是治疗复发性卵巢癌的有效方案，毒性可以耐受。

【abstract】objective:to evaluate the efficacy and
toxicities of gemcitabine combined with carboplatin in
treatment of recurrent ovaria s:thirty-one
patients with recurrent ovarian carcinoma received
gemcitabine(1000 mg/m2) combined with carboplatin was
intravenously administered on day 1 with area under the
concentration-time curve of 5，each course of treatment lasted
for 21 d．results:of 31 patients，there were 5(16.1%)complete
responses and 15 (48.4%) partial responses，for an overall
response rate of 64.5%，the mean progression free survival
